These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the marketing website at priam.ai, operated by Priam Cyber AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using priam.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply only to the marketing website. They do not govern:

• Your use of the AVA security operations product at ava.priam.ai, which is governed by a separate subscription agreement accepted at signup
• Any commercial relationship established through a written contract with us, which supersedes these Terms for the matters it addresses

1. The site

priam.ai is an informational marketing website. It describes our methodology, our product (AVA), and how to begin a commercial conversation with us. It does not, by itself, provide a security service, deliver investigations, or constitute professional advice.

The content on priam.ai is provided for general information. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but make no warranty that all content is current, complete, or free from error.

2. Acceptable use

When using priam.ai, you agree not to:

• Access the site, our forms, or our infrastructure by any automated means at rates intended to degrade availability for other users
• Attempt to discover, exploit, or test vulnerabilities except through the responsible disclosure programme described on our Trust page
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful through any form on the site
• Impersonate another person or organization in any submission
• Use the site to transmit spam, phishing material, or malware

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the site, our forms, or our infrastructure in response to misuse.

3. Forms and inquiries

When you submit a form on priam.ai (briefing request, trial inquiry, general contact), you authorize us to:

• Receive and process the personal data you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Notice
• Respond to your inquiry by email or other channels you have indicated
• Retain your submission for the periods described in the Privacy Notice

Submitting a form does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship between you and Priam Cyber AI Ltd. Any commercial agreement between us — including a paid trial of AVA, a subscription, or a service engagement — requires a separate written or electronic agreement.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Our content

All content on priam.ai — including text, layout, design system, typography choices, copy, code, the Investigation Report visual design, and any imagery we own — is the intellectual property of Priam Cyber AI Ltd or our licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and related rights under United Kingdom and international law.

You may:

• View the site for personal or business purposes
• Quote brief excerpts of public-facing copy with attribution to priam.ai
• Share links to public pages on the site

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the site's content
• Reproduce the design system, component library, or visual identity for use in another product or site
• Use any Priam name, mark, or logo to suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist

4.2 Third-party content

Where the site references or names third-party products, vendors, or sources (for example, in our integrations grid or numbered references), those names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are made for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement or partnership unless we explicitly state otherwise.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components
• Warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content

Operational claims about AVA — including investigation depth, evidence handling, and outcome quality — are demonstrated in the AVA product environment and during a trial, not warranted on this marketing site. Any commitments about AVA are made in the AVA subscription agreement, not here.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priam Cyber AI Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of priam.ai
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding £100 in aggregate for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the marketing site

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Links to other sites

priam.ai may contain links to third-party websites (for example, vendor security pages, news articles, or partner sites). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Linking does not constitute endorsement.

8. Changes to the site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of priam.ai at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of priam.ai is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
